A great bargain for the home cook
Iām no pro, but this cuts great. The lockdown wing itās and screws give a cheap feel, but when tightened, the cutter works great.

This is a restaurant quality product that I, as a Chef have used in the past. Heavy duty, thick wheels and bracing. Great buy for the money!

So this would be great
This was such a great idea. But I need this to cut straight lines in fondant and gum paste for decorations. The little wheel cutters move slightly from left to right. Not sure why that is considering I canāt see why anyone would use this wanting to have wavy lines. Makes it well useless.
