Great signal strength and easy to install.
This wifi booster is well made in rugged plastic. It's easy to install and mounts to the ceiling, wall, or attic floor joists. We used 3 of them to improve the signal strength. One in an attic , one in the garage to cover the automatic generator in the backyard, and one on the pantry ceiling. Each device carries a full-strength signal making all our wifi devices work at peak performance. We probably could have gotten by with only two but I doubt we would have gotten the excellent performance. I did not have to consult their support so I cant make a comment on that. Installation was straightforward right out of the box. They are just a bit bigger in circumference than a smoke alarm but flatter. They look good on ceilings, but do emit a blue light.

Hardware: 5 Stars, Software: 1 Star
I was looking at several different brands to upgrade the wireless in my home (currently using Airport Extreme). I wanted a system that would support and manage multiple wireless APs on the network. The wireless hardware itself is really good. It supports PoE, but includes a power adapter. It comes with all the mounting hardware you would need. Unfortunately, that is where the good parts of this product end.It was fairly easy to do the initial setup, but from there it goes downhill. I work with lots of different computer hardware and software and the interface to adjust the settings was just confusing. Even worse, each change takes between 15 and 45 seconds to apply. I was able to get the 2.4 GHz radio working OK, but the 5GHz radio (which broadcasts as country JO) just wouldn't work properly. I tried making adjustments and tech support was fairly helpful, but some a few of my older computers just couldn't get a decent connection and would keep getting kicked off. I was getting more reliable performance from the built-in WAP on my DSL modem!I ended up sending it back and the seller was very helpful with the return. I think this could be a great product, but the firmware really needs a lot of work.

I also like Edimax's NMS solution
Overall, the Edimax Pro Wi-Fi system is quite simple to use and was stable during my testing. All my Wi-Fi devices quickly connected and stayed connected to the CAP1200 and WAP1750.I also like Edimax's NMS solution, it is quite easy to set up. The only time I consulted the manual was to double check details. I never needed the manual to figure out a configuration or option. To sum up, the Edimax Pro Wi-Fi access points are a user-friendly system suitable for small-to-medium sized business grade Wi-Fi networks.

Great Ceiling Mount AP
Was looking at Ubiquiti for PoE 802.11AC APs with multiple VLAN / SSID support, etc but pricing was a bit much to me. Saw a review for this AP on SmallNetBuilder and decided to buy. Mounted to ceiling looks like a smoke alarm, very unobtrusive. Haven't had any connectivity issues with devices (running a guest network / primary network with RADIUS auth). Performance has been solid.

This is a very effective product
In the locations I service this device is perfect. It easily snaps into the hanging ceiling and gives coverage throughout the entire business and even to an exterior play yard.

Got two of these. Management controller still not available - would be a huge help. Intermittent drops, but the range is good. As time passes FW updates may acknowledge my demons.

5Ghz band died after 6 months
After about 6 months of use the 5Ghz band started to drop and I could only get it back by rebooting the AP. A day or so of heavy use on the 5Ghz band would cause it to drop again, so the device ended up being quite unstable. I replaced it with a Ubiquiti AP.

Excellent
No-problems installation, strong signal.I use it PoE, mounted on the top floor ceiling for 3-store house. Tha coverage a bit better than Asus RT-AC68U, although could be a mount point advantage.

Feature-full and a well implemented interface
I'm a domestic user. Purchased 2 of these for my home. Currently running at 10% and 17% of their power capacity due to the relatively small space to cover. They've easily addressed the signal blind spots I was suffering.Set up was so easy I could do it myself with relatively little experience.Installation was simple but I did need to use the supplied template for fixing holes as the back plate mounting holes are not lined up on a level axis. Easy to do though.Mine are running through a poe switch and the installation is very neat. They look good as well, if you like that sort of thing!

I have two of these in an old house with thick walls. I only purchased the 2nd one to extend the range into the garden but these are excellent. Provide good reception and can easily support the 20+ WiFi devices, including the 5 streaming dongles in the house without any lag or drop outs. The auto hand off feature they have works well too to keep devices connected.
