I usually ride a 26 inch bike but with a fat tire bike a 20 inch bike fit is much better more comfortable easy to fold easy to assemble I am enjoying itmy main advise is anyone buying a fat tire bike for the fist time remember fat tires add 3 inches to the bike keep that in mind when sizing your bikeAlso I noticed some posts about not being able to get motor to start make sure the battery is lined up and pushed completely in also make sure the battery locks into position well and the key is in the on position when you utilize the peddle assist I love the bike fit the peddle assist works great battery charged completely in 4 hours.This bike has given me additional freedom and ability to get some exercise

I ordered this Bike for my 8-year-old son for Christmas. Everything assembled easy and the Bike looked great, but the battery would not seat down into the proper position, so when he was riding it, the bike would just shut off. After many conversations with their customer service which was good once I got in touch with someone might I add but it was a common issue and they quickly sent me out a new battery casing. It was easy to install and once I got it on and got the battery slide adjusted properly the bike worked great and so far, we have not had any issues with it. We are coming upon 7 months of ownership with 5 of those months of consistent riding. Now after many camping trips and a few off road rides the bike is still going strong without any issues. I would recommend this bike for the value to any young or even adult person for their first E-Bike. Just remember this is a 20-inch bike and due to being a Fat Tire Bike it will add around 3 inches in height. Great Bike!

Fat tires, great acceleration.

the bike is way too heavy, its hard tp assemble, the light doesn't even work. alot of things about this bike doesn't make sense. The latch to fold in half doesn't even designed right, its broke, i cant even snap it tight like it supposed to. I am affraid one of these days as i m riding the bike, and the bike starts to fold in the process, i will be in deep troulble, i must get it fix before i can ride this, but i don't know where to go to get it fix? any suggestions?

I love how I can pedal and get a great workout but then can use pedal assist here and there as needed. I get 40 miles in a day on it with battery life still on battery. I use it on country, hilly roads. Very worth it. Tons of power

First of all, I'll say that the “500W Motor”, “20" x 4.0 Fat Tire” electric bike, this is one of the cheapest, but that doesn't mean the quality of the product is good.When I received it, I found a lot of problems, some small problems, such as the peeling paint; and some were potentially big problems, such as a noisy front wheel and the rear tire.I emailed the problems to the customer service center, and they sent me a video of how to install the rear wheel, which I tried to do. As for the front wheel noise, it was temporarily resolved after I used WD-40.However, two months later, I found that the noise became more and more serious. After some careful inspection, it was found that the front wheel turned irregularly, non-circular.I found that the axle was bent, and the wheel and brake disc was deformed.I reported to the customer service center again, and about 10 days later received a new front wheel rim, it only a rim, no tires, so I had to remove the original tire and install it on the new rim.After installing the new wheel hub, the front brake made a serious noise, and I had to remove the front brake to adjust, and put it back on again, the problem was solved. I don't know what other problems I will encounter next, but I hope the charging is safe and the battery will not explode.As for the feeling of riding a bike, I would like to say that with 500W of power, the acceleration is extremely strong, even too strong when you just want to ride slowly, you can only turn off the power, otherwise every time you step on the pedal will have very strong acceleration, and you'll have to use the brake for slowly.So, if you want power ride, strong acceleration, and a cheap electric bike, this is a good choice, but you have to solve various problems yourself. If you want a hassle-free, leisurely bike, it is recommended that you would rather spend a little more before buying a better-quality bike.

Had to take product to bike shop as flip-up seat did not work, both tires were not seated on rims and some parts missing. Lousy assembly instructions, should have had included up-to-date link to video instructions.

Honestly I never write Amazon reviews. This e-bike has blown me away with its performance and quality. I did a bunch of online research and looked at various e-bikes and eventually settled on this one but worried I had made a mistake and should have spent more. I have had this for over a month now and have taken it on somevery hilly and very long rides and it hasn’t skipped a beat! I even got caught in torrential rain that I feared would ruin the bike but it stillworks like a charm. A great, reliable entry level e-bike.

I’ve purchased the A20 E-bike for almost a month now and I’ve not had any issues with it. it was easy to assemble after it got delivered. The battery was my worry initially but after I started using it for a while I didn’t have any reason to doubt it anymore. I ride my A20 e-bike to work every day as it’s summer period here in Canada.So buy this A20 AOSTIRMOTOR e-bike if you want a good deal and thank me later.

I love this bike. It is far better than those ebike's with the small 14 inch tires. With this bike, you never need to worry about pot holes (although I still try to avoid them). I have gone as fast as 53 km/hr downhill. Most of the flat area I go around 37 km/hr. It's a great ride. It potentially would be helpful had they built shocks. As for the seller, I give them a 5 star rating as I got the bike faster than expected and the customer service was amazing.
