Bright light. Good quality The ring light seems thin here in the pic, in real it’s pretty broad comparatively

This 5 start is specifically for the Service and Customer support team of DIGITEK. The product was received on time but when we opened the packet the light was not turning ON. We requested a replacement but it was not applicable for this item. Hence we initiated service call on DIGITEK mail id and got instant response from the team. We sent them the item to their Delhi address (yes, we paid for the courier) and they do the repair work and send back the light (yes, they paid the courier charges). The whole process was done so fast and they ware so responsive on mail. At the end, the light is working and we are happy with the DIGITEK.

Ring light ekdam bekar hai.or quality bhi achhi nahi uski. Bag bhi unhone kharab diya fungus laga huaa. Or company ne mention bhi nahi kiya ke iske sath stand nahi milenga. Itna mehenga ring light hone ke baad bhi unhone stand nahi diya iska. Or mene costumer care se bhi baat kri. Unhone bhi kuch help nahi kiya. Ab itna mehanga lene ke bad mujhe stand alg se lena pdega.Mujhe ye return krna tha to vo bole policy me nahi hai mention. Ab mene unse kaha ke me kitni shopping krti hu help kra do me dusra ring light order krungi to vo bole ham kuch nahi kr sakte. To ye bilkul mat lo aap kuch achha nahi. Or Amazon se bhi kuch lena nahi ye amazon vale bhi support nahi krte. Ye dusri bar huaa ese.

1st, it doesn't come with a stand so make sure you get a tripod or any sort of that to attach this. But the thing is, to get a tripod for only ring light is hard. So you better buy this with tripod if you are starting off with this. 2nd, it is not that light. The tripod has to be sturdy. Atleast upto 5kg of capacity minimum. Because if you want this to go higher then cheap tripod will break. 3rd, brightness is average. Not as bright as other pro photography lights. Since it is dimmable there should not be any problem with dimming it. 4th, the remote. Cheap quality, no density, not gonna be durable if someone sits on it accidentally or any of that sort. 5th, again the remote. If you adjust the knobs on the ringlight to maximum, the remote gets confused. I turn it off from the remote and the light turns on automatically. I put it to max or minimum brightness from remote, the light sets automatically to maximum regardless of what I press. Same goes for the temperature. So if you wanna control this from remote, set the knobs to 50% (both the knobs) then it will work normally. 6th, the auxillary button in the remote is useless. And i dont know why they put 4 buttons just for brightness which function the same. 7th, the installation mechanism is not that great. You have to screw it to a metal rod to fix it which damages the metal rod. Screwing method would have been nice. Overall, average experience. Not good and not bad.
