Nothing is more sad than seeing your horse pal suffer. Last year winter arrived in a day. Temperature dropped 45 degrees in one day and stayed there. No time for the horses to grow their winter hair. They could barely walk. I quick got some flax seed oil , and added it to their grain ration. They snapped back to normal in a few days. Then I switched to this blend to save some money.Worth what it costs, when you see the horses get frisky in the fridged weather. Not waiting to see how this winter plays out. I will use this proactively. Does not take a lot. Start slowly so the horses do not get diarrhea. The label has directions.

It's MESSY. I ended up ordering a pump and little measuring cup for it. If it's too hot in your tack room, it will go rancid, quickly. Too old and it starts to solidify. It does help to add weight to older horses. My mare is 33 and has a few teeth left. I chop her hay, feed her cubes, senior feed, fat supplement, her medication, beet pellets and this oil.

I have a fairly picky elderly Arabian who has become a bit of a hard keeper. I started her on this with the hope that it would help her put on a bit of weight. It wasn’t a quick change, but she absolutely loves the oil and it has definitely helped improve her coat and top line. I plan to keep her on it because she loves it and I love how it’s helped her.

I love adding this to my horses grain. It's an easy way to feed all the omegas they need and they love it. Their coats are shinny and slick!

I’ve had my horses on it a little more than a month. My mini is sparkling like she used to before she started her cushings medication. Nothing else has made a difference. She’s looked dull for years now.

We have old horses that are fed a mash twice daily for weight increase. They love this oil. I also used it to mix with antibiotics and Bute with a small amount of grain for an injured horse.
