Elderberry and Ashwagandha have both been trending lately in holistic health publications, so I decided to give this product a try. Since it's still winter time, I thought I could use an immunity booster as well. TThe product also has Zinc and Vitamin C which are tend to boost health. I've noticed when travelling it's easy to get sick so I've been taking this to keep all the cold-like symptoms from travel at bay.Since I'm big on quality, I liked that it has Organic Ashwagandha and Organic Elderberry. I have been taking immunity boosters for several years now, as I like to try and keep my immune system running top-notch. There really is nothing worse than getting sick, so giving your body the best chance it can to fight off any virus or illness, is a great idea. This immunity booster contains all the right ingredients that you need in order to keep your system running and firing on all cylinders. I take two every evening before bed, and find that the capsules are easy to swallow and don't aggravate my stomach whatsoever. I don't take it with food, but if you're somebody who sensitive to these types of things, then perhaps taking them with a meal is a good idea. From my experience, I didn't have any sort of discomfort from them. I think they are very reasonably priced, and made of very good natural ingredients. All in all, I'm very pleased with them, and think that they are an excellent option for those people who are considering immunity boosters. I would highly recommend them.

No overpowering taste. I felt that at my age (34) - I needed to invest in some daily vitamins during these strange covid times, haha.They contain a decent amount of natural ingredients & I was sold on the fact that they're an immunity booster. I am healthy eater, active etc, but like the option of this 'all in one' supplement to increase my body's immune system.

If you're looking for immunity boosting vitamins these are a great options. But don't look for multivitamins pills that covers a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals. Thankfully I take my vitamin B and D separately. So it works out perfectly for me. This is great if you use additional supplements for your targeted needs rather than once a day multivitamins.
