This book is by far the best book I've came across for explaining the reasons of blocks and emotions that have not served me throughout my entire life! Words cannot describe the difference it is making in moving forward!This is a straight forward, no sugar coating, to the point explanations where I am taking accountability for moving forward with my life! Most influential book of my life since 'The Magic'. Not what I was expecting at all. Not just about confidence but your entire well-being, would recommend to everyone.

Not only are ideas well explained, but there is guidance about how to put your new skills into action. It's also an "easy read," the concepts are explained so well they will make sense right away. For those who know about this, I would say the approach of the book is the same as CBT, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a term used by counseling professionals to denote an improved understanding of how your thoughts affect your behaviors and attitudes every day, and how changing our thoughts can change our lives. Wonderful book.
