It is too high for me. How do I bring it lower? I tried pushing the arm down but goes back to a higher position.

I'm not sure which hex screw to lower it to sit? I have it at the right height for standing but I thought it would be alot easier to lower if I wanted to sit and not have to get out a hex screw do that each time I want to adjust. I've tried each size hex screw around the arms and nothing is moving....help!

Can I set it up to where I have two monitors stacked?

NO! The arms are not long enough to stack monitors. Maybe if they are very small, but it didn't even come close for my 24" monitors.

Is it able to have screens wide enough to have laptop in between? (2 - 23" screens and 1 -17" laptop)

no you maybe have 6 inches or so

Will this allow me to have one monitor facing toward me and one monitor swivel to face someone I am talking to at a customer service counter?
