Decent refrigerator at this price... Quite spaciousness for a family of 2-3... it's been two months and no complaints as of now

I brought this on Amazon sale, very good service by Amazon delivery on time with no dent. Good cooling excellent features. Almost 12000/- ka buy Kiya. Only problem is back side is opened. I have 1 year kid isleyai socha return kar dun but still I think features bahut ache he or price be only 12k. I will adjust this problem.

As per price it's ok .... but need to decrease the price

The media could not be loaded. The refrigerator started making noise the second day of use. It’s not the normal noise, there is a rattling kind of loud noise, audible from the next room from where the fridge is kept. The refrigerator had to be put off for 15 minutes and then it was better. Again the next day around the same time at night it started making the same loud noise. The fridge was delivered on 29th Sept ‘22 and it was used only from that night. The noise started on 30th Sept ‘22 and continues on 1st October ‘22——— Review after 2 weeks———-After the usage of the refrigerator for 2 continuous weeks, the sound has lessened and it is working fine as of 16th Oct. ‘22 (thank God). It felt right to write a fair review so adding this update.

Cooling capacity is very good. Only 1 bottle holder is there which causes problems in keeping bottles.

Whirlpool customer care and service center people are fraud.Bought my fridge 10 days before,have used for 2 days and it stopped cooling.Sells you defective productAfter using 2 days of this fraud brand Whirlpool's fridge it stopped working completely.And after talking with 10 people from customer care team and narrating the whole matter to each one again and again,they sends you technician at your place(during this COVID time have to entertain this technician at my place)who has this talent of detecting new problems on each visit,from this you can see how much knowledgeable the person that he cannot detect the problem at one visit.As per him my city is a high voltage area so one of its part pvc (not sure about the name of part) is not working and after visiting he himself decided to close the issue.Next visit he says he will change the part but have to use Whirlpool's staplizer or else they will not take further warranty but it was mention that this fridge is Staplizer free operation.And also I have been using fridge,washing machine,tv and many other electronic things but have never faced problems due to voltage issue.Now on the third visit he is saying that fridge's compressor is also not working and it vil take 7days approx to be available.Wanted to give negative rating but there no option for it.
