VIP vest having 4 holes indicates that there is no quality check.
4 holesinthe cloth,as visible inthe photo of VIP vest purchased earlier but used today.I was shocked to see 4 holes in the cloth of vest of VIP inspite of quality checked sticker on it.Let this company be black listed by Amazon.
