Dye doesn’t do anything. Egg is still white.
The dye is worse than the Easter egg dye that comes from the store. I am bummed because I bought this set because it included the dye.

Good tools, poor dyes
The kiskas and wax performed great, however we were disappointed by the dyes. The yellow was beautiful, but nothing could manage to really dye over it and the blue was so light as to be almost non-existent. The darkest we could get with the black was a muddy brown. We'll be buying our dyes from someone else next year.

Great tools the dyes don’t cover
The tools are great. Comes with booklet for ideas too. But the dyes took for ever to dye the egg or didn’t work at all. I worked with the dyes in the order you are to use them and the blue and red would not take. The black dye barely worked.

Very Over-Priced
I have had dye in the paper packets, which is better, because some dye remains on the walls of the plastic bags. The dye was not enough, weak strength, I guess to cut back on product. Bees wax, one tiny inch and .25 by inch and 25 block and one kistka for , all told with shipping, $25. I made eggs years ago and am disappointed in the "inflation" of hte price and what you get for it. Will have to find another source.

Disappointing
My family had high hopes for this kit. However, it was extremely disappointing. The directions said to draw the designs on the egg with pencil. Great idea, but once we’d dyed the eggs and removed the wax, the pencil marks were still there. The dyes were pathetic, I’ve had better results with Paas kits. The only good part of this kit was the piece of wax and the kitskas. I would not recommend this to anyone.
