Firstly the product is faulty and wasnt working, when u click on replace it tells you to follow the video. Even after that the mouse was not working, then it says contact the local supplier. When we called the supplier from Margao, he said to come to his shop. We buy on amazon bcoz it is delivered to the house, else we can go to any shop and buy. Anyway we still went to the building as per the address shared, but it was so messy and dirty, we could not enter the building. And hence our money spent is down the drain. Amazon kindly, do not encourage these kind of suppliers.

The mouse is comfortable to use, works well initially, and is great value for money. The ergonomic design and smooth pointer make it suitable for everyday use. However, the durability is a concern – mine started showing issues within a couple of weeks, and the scroll wheel and middle button can become unreliable. The product is very good. The clicking sound is also professonal. it completely fits in our hands. it is smoth in normal tasks but not in gaming. the portability is very good but the cable's quality is low.
