This is probably the best hair, skin, nails and supplements I have ever used. Even though it calls for six capsules a day, I have used half of that per day in my nails have grown so long. I have had short, brittle nails my entire life but this supplement has changed my life!!!

I was introduced to these supplements by my incredible medical nutritionist. She has a list of cleanest supplements that she has researched to ensure she recommends only quality products. I needed this because I have autoimmune issues and my hair was falling out. Well this stuff is amazing...my hair not only has stopped falling out but it is regrowing thick and lush. Even my hairdresser was amazed at the undergrowth of hair. It's hard to show you photos since my hair is curly so you can't tell in photos, but you can tell when you touch the hair.My nails have always been brittle and just rip easily, that is no longer the case, they are much stronger and I can grow them now!My 23 year old daughter started taking these too because after getting a hair cut, her hair was just not growing. After she started taking them, it take about 30 days to really kick in, her hair is no growing. These organ meat powder works. I'm a believer and I highly recommend this product!

Not only is this a high quality company, but these supplements are top of the line. I noticed a huge change in my nail strength within 2 weeks and my hair seems thicker and healthier after about a month of using these. The ingredients are simple, straight to the point and ethically sourced. I’ve used many of heart and soils supplements and these are my favorite. On top of that, their customer service is the best I’ve ever worked with. I’ve never had an issue, but any questions I’ve ever had they’ve been quickly to respond and extremely informative.

Ok, I’m only a week or so into this bottle and I’m reallyyy loving the skin and nail improvements I already see. I’ve done the research and I appreciate that Heart & Soil stands for quality ingredients and I don’t have to second guess what I’m putting in my body. I’m shocked this supplement is grass-fed AND finished, no extra junk/fillers, allergen free (thank you!), produced in a way to provide maximum nutrients, etc. which is RARE to find all of that in one health supplement! I’m not a fan of eating organ meats so this is the best of both worlds getting the nutrients without the taste. I think it has also helped my digestion for an added (surprise) bonus. I’m hooked!

Took this for 2 months and didn't notice any difference in my hair or nails but did seem to improve the tendinitis in my arm.
