Yoga Asanas Chart Book

The media could not be loaded.  Poorly produced, all figures in black silhouettes don't give clear image of asana. After looking at it, I would pay max Rs 200 for this book. At Rs1036 it is way too overpriced!!!

Pictures are large enough and fairly detailed. They are organized by pose. Many significant poses are completely missing. (Two warrior and the goddess pose) just to name a few. Would actually rate it 3.5 stars.

These aren’t true “posters” as they are 8.5x11 sheets. I like the layout but you have to cut the sheets apart and then figure out how to post them somewhere all together so you get all of the poses displayed instead of a duplicate. Other than that, good price for a poster all the same.

i like you can pull out and laminate for the wall and still have some in the book, very useful so you can get the pose right

Me han encantado lo bien que se ven las posturas aunque pensé que estaba comprando un poster. Lo malo es que no sale el nombre en español

this is useless as a poster, it says it can be cut to used as flash cards and that may be more useful but not what I wanted.
