Great knife!!!

Purchased to replace the one that broke from not being used properly. Hankel knifes are great it just takes a little longer to get a sharp edge. But holdes it's sharpness longer than most knifes.

I already have a knife identical to this one. It came with the knife block and other knives I bought 12 years ago. I ended up using it for almost everything and for fixing vegetables I don't know what I'd do without it. So before it was lost or stopped working or someone walked off with it. I ordered another one to keep in reserve. Best small serrated knife for splitting Eng. Muffins and bagels, too.

I am this brand lover for over 35 years, I have set stand .unfortunary I do lose this knife time to time so ever since I did try for replacement I found this "used like new" I found same as brand new and price is less than half price ,,, by the way this was second time I ordered !!

I have already this product and love it. Great quality and craftsmanship. After several years of daily use it still looks and performs like new.
