After competing an on line hand reflexology course along with reading numerous books on the subject I decided to purchase this Rainbow hand reflexology acupressure chart from Amazon for a bargain price. This is a very detailed full color chart and shows the left and right hand palm area pressure points by color system. It shows the flush acupressure meridians by body chakra color area. On the back side of this chart it shows the points on the back of the hand and the acupressure meridians by body chakra color area.This chart also shows the specific color code area to treat a vast amount of health issues such as addictions, arthritis, colds, depression, headaches, immune system and other topics. It arrived bent on one corner. Not near the corner but way in about one third to two thirds cut. The bend warped the laminate outof shape so one side had this large bump now. I did get it to lay flat after leaving it under a heavy book for several days. But that wasn't what annoyed me the most. They put a label for a barcode on the bottom corner covering up info so it needs removing. The adhesive is very sticky and so wouldn't release easy like it should but store and stuck and made a mess that had to be cleaned up with a solvent. the thing is this label could be much smaller. The barcode took up a tiny bit of the whole label and on the other side there are two places on the bottom beneath the hands that such a barcode label would have fit even this barcode in the size it was printed if the label was smaller...so someone isn't thinking who's selling these. I could scan it in and make another copy and laminate that..yes I know it says you can't do that copy right and all but since it's not for sale only my own use and they messed up the one they shipped out..well unless I tell them..wink wink. I can too. The envelope shipped in was way to large and part of the reason it probably got bent in shipping and or a stiffer envelope or better still a card stock protector would have helped prevent the bend. I'm going to have to check out youtube or on line to figure out just how one actually messages these points to get effect. And some of the info is quite confusing and unclear what they are trying to convey. Does one apply pressure or constant pressure or does one move the pressure about massaging the points or the major areas colored? And for how long or how often for results? That little bit of information would be so helpful.
