I bought this to go along with the chair gym. It is awesome. I have only had it for a few days and already I can feel it in my abs. I love that I can watch my favorite shows at night and still work out. It's a must to have!

Just what I was looking for
This is exactly what I was looking for. Works very well, twists smoothly. I've only just started using it, but it seems heavy-duty, like it will last a long time.

Unorthodox uses recommended 😁
Great spin! 😁 I let my kids set it on the floor and spin on it; it goes 360 degrees, after all. I do wish it were somewhat bigger to accommodate adults better, otherwise I highly enjoy this! Love, Ursula Jynx, Your slightly nutty book coach and The Fourth Wall Therapist

Fantastic!
I LOVE my new Chair Gym. I get a great work out at home watching T.V., wearing my pajamas AND sitting down. What more could you ask for? It's a great product that I would highly recommend. I purchased the Twister Seat as well for abdominal work.
