The product is good my son liked it very much and he was very happy when we assembled the cycle. Assembling is also easy a manual is given with the product with seller mobile number printed on it. So that you can call and get assistance from him in assembling the cycle.On safety front, there is a seat belt attached with the seat and also there is additional safety pipe which is attached around the seat. This pipe is very useful when your baby is small and not able to use cycle on his/her own and prevents baby from falling. I liked this feature very much. Tyres are of good quality. My son liked the bell also, its good. There are two baskets one at the front and another at the back which are very useful when we take our baby out.I gave four star rating because of its middle rod which connects with the front handle and the back contoller rod. This middle rod get removed from its hole oftenly when we turn the cycle with the help of back controller. We tried to fix it properly but still it didn't work everytime we have to fix it and use the cycle which is very annoying when baby is sitting on the cycle and we take him out. If company find a proper solution for this issue then they will definitely receive five star from each customer as I didn't find any other issue in the product.

Very poor quality control by the manufacturer. Multuple metal parts were defective /misaligned and would not fit during assembly - the parts were simply not of the required dimensions. Since these are metal parts, impossible to bend them and make them fit. What's worse is that Amazon doesn't provide return pickup so you have to ship the item back to the seller yourself which is a huge hassle.Avoid buying this product. Go for a better brand or better yet, buy from a retail shop. The effort involved in assembling these parts, realizing the issues, packing everything again and going to a courier to send the package back is absolutely not worth it.

Comfortable for kids

Product: product looks good. But not that great. The material used could have been better for the price (Rs 2699 + 99) . Over all ok product.My kid liked it.Packaging: packaging could have been better. Product parts can break in transit if they follow this packaging style.( thankfully mine was ok)Installation : HORRIBLE.Only one single paper ( black and white ) containing the picture with some installation steps which is useless. I followed the manual and it took me more than 1 hour to assemble the cycle. They could have given proper info with proper pictures.Delivery: it took 14 days for them to deliver this. Not expected.
