Test Strip
These are easy to use and come with plenty in the package. Just stick to a pan and the strip does the rest. Make sure the test strip has unobstructed access to water or else it will not do anything. No water = no read on water temperature. This will not give you an exact water temperature. Only that the water reached the minimum water temperature the strip is designed to react to once achieved. Seems to work fine so no complaints.

Works great, simple to use
These strips work as advertised and are accurate. Note that these do not stick on like some other Taylor strips - they have a slit cut into the strip to slide them over the handle of a utensil. Very easy to use. Personally I prefer the stick on strips but they weren't available....these work just as well.
