So if you play any amateur sports this can actually really improve your performance, honestly. If you train consistently in the gym and on the pitch/court then you maybe won't notice it as much.What it's really good for is getting you out 'the hole' when you're accelerating. This is the section in between physically starting your sprint and achieving exit velocity (for me anyway, I'm fast). It helps you get to top speed faster by virtue of strengthening everything through your whole core and lower chain.For the product itself, it's really well made and packs up nice and small into a little sack. I use this and try to run into the wind for extra resistance. For me the two chutes are generally enough.NOTE; this works by never allowing you to achieve top speed, but you need to be able to reach a reasonable top speed first or you won't generate the drag. If you don't already run at a decent pace this won't help you.If you're on the fence my advice is to buy and see. The next step once you have it is to find a nice quiet spot where you can train without being recognised because people love taking the proverbial (which is the most major con of having this)

IT is a very quality product. I would like to use it for my practice. Good function and compact package I can even take it with my travel. I strongly recommend it to my friends.

Really good product it would be grate it if it had a velcro connection instead of clip for releasing the parachute. Still works great tho! I have it for a while now and I have no regrets

Tried this out for the first time yesterday having previously used branded versions. This was awesome, excellent for adding that extra difficulty during sprint starts. How the buckles fit onto the waist strap is slightly poorly done but overall I'd highly recommend.

Quite light and sturdy with easy-carrying bag. Easy to use, good choice for speed exercise!

I bought four for my mini rugby team and one has come apart after 2 sessions.The ones that are still in tact work well

Realmente decepcionante!! Ninguna utilidad! Por mucha velocidad que desarrolles el paracaídas no se eleva por lo que no ejerce resistencia. Entiendo que solo es útil con viento. No lo compréis.

Non è male, per quanto costa. Ma penso che i modelli più costosi siano migliori. Secondo me offrono poca resistenza all'aria.
