Next day delivery, I'm happy to see it came with XT60 connectors.The charger is good build quality & they also include two additional fuses for it, also in the box is three frame screws (1 spare) pads for the frame mount, instruction booklet & a female XT60 connector on two wires just in case you need to attach it to a different motor connection. I'm confident with this seller the cells being used are genuine LG, I also messaged them a few times & they have been very quick to respond.*Update on first ride, I have just ridden 16 miles on first battery charge from my calculations it's used 45% of the battery, this seems a lot but it is first charge I was also riding into the wind my total ride weight is 140kg! I also had to go up steep hills in the Malvern area, when I used the throttle the motor was pulling 1100W I've got my 750w motor on 20A max current I could have it on 25A but I want to look after it long term. I'm happy with these first results I'm a heavy guy I anticipate after the battery has been conditioned the weather conditions are good & on no pedal assist I should get 50 miles range which is excellent considering what weight its pulling. Very pleased with purchase it's also a very good price 👌*update after using for a month, I ride around 20mph average speed @ 600w & use the throttle on full power 1100w around my city about 20% of the time going up hills I'm getting 30 mile range on one charge but if I was riding at 15mph I would be pulling around 300w average I think I would be getting 45 mile range. I would like more range but I just find 15mph too slow to ride at. One thing worth noting is make sure you charge & discharge the battery at least 3 times at first use it pays in the long run to correctly condition lithium batteries especially when they are this expensive**I have had a small issue with this battery & just put it down to the cells with no idea why it's happened I have messaged the seller a few times who have give me suggestions but none I don't already do when charging the battery correctly. The battery won't charge anymore than 58.3v it should be going upto 58.8v which it did for a couple of weeks initially, this isn't a big drop probably about 2/3% of its capacity but I never had this issues with my cheap quality previous battery over a years use. I have a lot of experience & knowledge with lithium batteries & electronics but I just have no idea why it's doing this. I'm just putting it down to the cells or maybe a couple of cells which are not as effecient for some reason. I will be keeping a close eye on them over the next few months & if it drops anymore I may consider returning it as this should not be happening especially considering it's young age I just hope some of the cells haven't failed already***the battery after 10 weeks now is continuing to lose capacity it won't charge to anymore than 57.2v it's lost roughly 5% overall capacity. There is an issue which seems to be getting worse & sadly it will be going back or I will be requesting a replacement***issue has been resolved amicably by the seller I highly recommend their customer service 👍

It worked out great! Keep in mind this battery does not come with a controller and you"ll need one to install it in your eletric bike.

I purchased this battery after searching for a UK seller. The price point was reasonable as this battery is compatible with the Cyrusher XF650 (Cyrusher batteries cost £650+ to purchase from them directly).The battery feels very good quality. The seller was so helpful and responsive as I had a lot of questions about this battery.I needed an extra cable (XT60) and the seller sent this free of charge the next day.I was glad to find this battery as I was cautious about ordering a battery outside of the UK due to the legislation around shipping Lithium batteries and the potential to incur custom fees.If you are in the researching stage of looking for batteries, I would reccomend this one for many reasons.✔ UK seller✔ High quality battery✔ Great Price point✔ Seller was very responsive and helpful✔ The actual battery is compatible with modern Ebikes and Electric Mountain bikes (I have the Cyrusher XF650)✔ It comes as a complete unit (mounting thing, battery tray, battery and battery box). ——-Edit: Currently in talks with seller——-Running a 1,000w setup on this that peaks around 1.3kw which is below the advertised capability - Battery holds fine at around 750w with a sag of just 2-3V but as soon as I get on the power around 1,000v it drops to 5v and on full peak of 1.3kw the voltage drops by between 6-7V instantly, sustained high loads cause it to drop considerably more without fail. After 30/40 second peaks, the battery takes a while to recover voltage and is extremely sluggish. Once the battery gets down to around 50v or so, full throttle can cause the battery to cut power.I wanted to return the battery for a replacement as there’s clearly something wrong with it but the seller would only give me a shipping label for Evri who don’t allow batteries to be sent using them. I told the seller that I won’t send through a company that has a policy of not allowing batteries and they told me to say it’s a big toy and send it anyway. I fully know the dangers of lithium batteries and the reasons these companies do not allow them - To protect their employees, packages and customers.Going to be going through Amazon CS for this purchase if I don’t get a good solution from their customer services soon. Let’s also bear in mind that UPP had several batteries recalled at present; this one performs way worse than my recently recalled one.I can’t say that this is suitable for anything over 1,000w peaks.

So I waited to write this review. I have this battery connected to a self build ebike and have now put 400 miles on the clock. Zero problems. I am 110kg and the bike using this battery pulls me for about 35 miles. It was stupid easy to install (never done one before) the 52v 20ah. works great.
