Sony PlayStation 5 Console (Renewed)

This was a great deal and I’m so thankful my son loves it! It works better than a newer one.

I have purchased refurbished before without any issues, but I had a terrible experience after purchasing this PS5. The package was missing a charging cable for the controller and the stand for the PS5 itself. It was sent with a random black controller. Both the PS5 and the controller were absolutely filthy. I had to give it a good clean before using it. After it was turned on for the first time, I noticed that it wasn't factory reset as the profile of the previous owner was still on it. And after resetting it and going through general set up process, I was unable to play any type of game without the PS5 crashing and giving an error message. Whether the game was originally for PS4 (which in that case it DEFINITELY shouldn't crash) or for PS5, it would eventually crash. I tried multiple different games with the same result. I went through all the troubleshooting by myself and with PS support until they eventually told me there was nothing else they could do.There is no way that this met any of the Amazon standards for a refurbished product. Definitely do NOT recommend purchasing a refurbished PS5 with this seller. 0/5 stars. Already started the return process.

Works perfectly like a brand new one the only thing is a little mass up is the controller the R2 sticks a little bit

Yeah everything came out good

It works, it gets the job done. But you shouldn’t leave the other people’s information and profiles in the console. You should wipe the memory out clean.

2nd PS5 that I received from this company and neither worked more than 1 week. The unit turned on and then turned off and never turned back on. The first one I ordered did the exact same thing. I had to buy the same game twice because the unit would not turn on in order for me to eject the disc.

Came when it was supposed to! This was a refurbished purchase however this console is in EXCELLENT condition! The Ps5 look brand new as if it came right out of the original box! I already had games from my ps4 which crashed for some odd reason. I’m so glad I invested in a refurbished console really affordable. I wish I would have waited for Black Friday though I could have gotten it way more cheaper. Hence I bought this a week before Black Friday started ! No regrets though! A win is a win!

Disk drive did not work, controller was iffy, but worked well otherwise.
