In my younger days I had 2 12” subs in a box that took up the entire trunk area. That being said, this subwoofer is not that HOWEVER, it’s exactly what I wanted for the car now. This is mounted in a ‘78 Corvette. I would say that the sound is comparable to that of a high end stock stereo from a newer vehicle. After some tuning, it has just enough bass to vibrate the seat slightly but it doesn’t reverberate outside the car. Very happy with it!

I use it on the back of my side-by-side UTV and often you won't notice the deepness of the bass when driving (you get mostly highs out of the tweeters over the sound of the motor), but when you are sitting or stopped and you switch between having the subwoofer on and not it is very noticeable. It just adds some fullness to the sound it didn't have before.It does not bump like a 10" in a sealed box - this is far too slim to get great resonation, but it does add some nice bump. Might feel it more under the seat or bolted to the ceiling.

The sound quality, and volume of this small unit surprised me. Hard hitting, clean bass. It paired great with my stock Alpine stereo in my Ram 1500 crew cab truck. The remote bass knob was a nice bonus also!!

After a week of having 1 10in elite installed I installed the other. I'm lowing my review from 5 stars to 4 stars.Let's start with pros:CheepTiny, easy to installDecently loudEnclosure is niceCons:These are probably 250w RMS subs. The enclosure is tiny which is good for most people however it definitely restricts the amount of sound these make.The useable frequency isn't that low, it has issues below 50hz. Even after I installed 2 of them, this low is still a problem.The mounting hardware is bad, the screws like to work out of the car and the enclosure. I used blue loktight this time to make a hold. The hardware bends easily I wish it was a bit more ridged.Lastly, if your head unit outputs enough volume over rca you cannot control thesub power. The power nob works to about 1/2 way and to much power means it doesn't work at allDay 1, it's great. I'm guessing a lot of people here are having voltage and power issues. The sub is probably about 400-450rms peak, though I haven't taken it that far as I want to break it in.I have a factory 125w 8inch sub, this sub is definitely 5-6 times louder with the volume just above 1/2. ( If you don't know surface area and watts both contribute to noise output)It has some issues hitting some of the lower frequencies but once I get rid of the 8 and put my other one in I should be good.Lastly I want to clarify for the non believers. All because the fuse is 25a doesn't mean much. It could be measuring from 1 of 2 power wires or mosfets, or any number or areas it's definitely not measuring from the main power wire, most amps dont.Also the power inputs are only 8 gage.All and all, these are probably the best on the market but if you can make your own enclosure with a separate amp. Do that

Bought as a gift. Had it installed professionally and the product never worked. Was a couple days or so after the 30 day guarantee, so I could not get any help from Amazon. Informed that I needed to contact the store that sold it and they told me I needed to contact the manufacturer. Couldn't get anywhere. So, I lost a lot of money and have a product that doesn't work. Not good!!

Added this to my Harley tourpack,has enuff to keep a rattle to the trunk and still have room for helmets and things

Once you tune it you're in there. Made my factory speakers listenable again. Dropped a star bc the ground lug stripped while installing so be careful with them.
