I had originally left a bad review on this product, but it turns out this AC adapter works just fine! (I found out just recently the issue with my PS2 ended up being with the fan...😳) It is made of lighter material, but if you are in need of a replacement power supply for a low price, this is a good one to get.

Package came smashed and opened
This product came in a smashed up box which was clearly open. It was also missing the main brick. It only came with a figure 8 cable. I was unable to use it and had to return it.
