How do you pack these for delivery? I mean is the mailman able to tell what's inside? :)

Packages are shipped discretely i.e. there is no information about the contents on the shipping label

My size is 40D so what size shall I order

The first thing is, it's about nipple size. The second is the small are really small. I personally bought the medium and had to go out and purchase the largest I could find and I'm not a 40D.
