I looked at many lamps sold here similar to these and this is the only pair where you don't have to put the shade together yourself. Because from what I'm seen on the others you have to place the shade fabric around the wire form and then Velcro the ends together. No matter how hard some have tried, it appears from their photos it looks like crp. These shades are fully assembled straight out of the box, you only need to cut off the clear plastic that protects them during shipment.These are a little smaller than I expected even though I measured before ordering. But they look fine on nightstands in the bedroom. I wouldn't use these in a living room, taller lamps look better there. But for a bedroom they are fine.They are touch lamps, but only if you lightly tape the round button on the front of the base. It's just a tap. Sometimes my cats step on them in the middle of the night and turn them on.The USB ports work fine. But the electrical plug that's built into the front, I'm kind of leery of using that since I don't want to over-use the wiring capability of this lamp. Plug something in that has too many watts and you risk a fire. I don't see any UL rating on this lamp or the box.

These lamps made a great addition to my bedroom bed side tables! The touch pad can be a little tricky as you need to ensure you touch them in a certain spot. Otherwise, super easy to use! Provided enough plug ins as well for my things, and the dimming to bright feature is definitely my favorite part!

I bought these lamps for our bedroom. Its a smaller bedroom in an apartment so our bedside tables are smaller than typical bedroom furniture. The lamps are perfect for the size of the tables and for giving our room a soft light. These lamps are cool because there are three levels of light you can choose from.- I use the first level (dim) to have on when were home but not necessarily spending time in the room. Its soft but still bright enough to light the room (in picture)- I use the second level of light for reading in bed. The third level is the brightest and we don't typically use that level but its nice to have if needed. It helps that there are two lamps to evenly light the room.-Both lamps have a spot to plug two USB's in and a spot for a regular plug. This is very handy for charging my phone and FitBit at the same time.All in all, these lamps are perfect for what we need them for. We may relocate them to another room once we have a house and buy bigger bedroom furniture, but they do the job and look good while doing it.

I waited so long to find the perfect lamps for my bedside. My old ones were dust collectors and were the typical on and off switch which were always cumbersome. I am a bedtime reader and the 3 brightness choices are perfect for me. All I have to do is touch the base to regulate the amount of light I want. I'm able to charge my phone from the base and it also has a regular plug. They are simple but elegant and really changed up the look of my room. I couldn't be happier!!!

These lamps look perfect on my bedside tables. The only thing I wish was different is that the lamp shades are wobbly unlike another set I had before. What I really love about them is that I can touch the metal anywhere and the light responds. The outlet and charging ports work great. Overall very satisfied with purchase other than the wobbly shades.

Turn lamps on and 3-way lighting with the gentle press of a button in the base of the unit. 2-USB ports in the base charged my phone and laptop or mini-pad right on my nightstand. Highest 3-way light option could be brighter.

My husband and I both enjoy this product very much. The USB ports are firm, but not enough to keep your cable stuck in the port, and not loose to easily pull it out either. The charge they provide for anything plugged in is really good. It’s also very sensitive to touch and literally anywhere there’s metal, if you touch it,It’ll turn on. The lighting is also really great. Low is bright, but not too bright and the brightest setting is BRIGHT.

Way SMALL but chose to keep them for they worked perfectly on our two desk.
