A Gift Inside Easter Orchard Delight Fruit and Gourmet Gift Basket

Looks great online we received a basket with 2 out of 3 moldy pears 2mushy mandarins there were supposed to be 3 glad they forgot the 3rd since they were mush and there was no in season fruits just 2 apples not exactly worth the 47$. How can I get a refund this was supposed to be a thoughtful gift instead it turned out to be compost. Picture is definitely deceiving.

One of the main reasons I chose this basket was that it contains a small box of chocolate in addition to the fruit. My elderly foster mom loves chocolate!!! We are self isolating and II miss her so much. I wanted her to have a nice surprise. To my disappointment, she called to thank me but told me there was NO CHOCOLATE in the basket. I usually have very good experiences with Amazon vendors but this was very disappointing. It's the little things that mean a lot right now. Bummer!!!

I sent this basket of fruit to a dear friend in gratitude for all he has done for our family! Imagine how I felt when I got this message from him:Hi Diane, Just thought you might want know. Some of the fruit in the basket was rotting and also moldy. I only mention this because you paid good money expecting something different. I know these are not cheap. I do appreciate the basket but hate to see you get less than you expected.

We were shocked that this basket came to the house with rotten fruit in bottom of it. I have taken pictures if you wish to see, horrible, we want a full refund of our money!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING THIS BASKET. Even the ribbon was not appealing. It was a pea green. I could tell when I lifted the box it was very LIGHTWEIGHT. I WILL NOT ever order again. I will order HARRY AND DAVID'S... Their fruit is four times as large and very sweet. I am not hard to please, but I did spend close to $50 for this basket and it will not make a good GIFT to send for Christmas. I threw my money down the drain! I am sorry that I ordered it...I ordered this fruit basket because of the picture, BUT... all of the fruit is VERY SMALL... ORANGES WERE NOT SWEET. The 2 Imperial Comice Pears were small but tasted pretty good. The other PEARS were EXTREMELY SMALL. The apples were very SMALL!! There were NO CARAMELS which is what attracted me to this basket. The very small packages of nuts and poor quality candies were, again, no more than a half of a cup... maybe 3 ounces. And... The BASKET is of poor quality and I will throw it away.

It was the worse gift ever! All the fruits were rotten I was so embarrassed… this was suppose to be gift for my sister in law and she embarrassed to tell me she received the fruits rotten!! She even sent me pictures ☹️ Never again!!! They get zero stars from me. 😡

I gave it to some friends and neighbors and happened to see it after it had been delivered today. I was embarrassed about how it looked. The contents were meager. I apologized to the recipients, and they graciously replied that “it is the thought that counts”. Don’t waste your money.

Paid extra to have fast delivery. Pears and apples mealy and brown on inside. A complete waste of money. So disappointed. I don't know who to complain to to make it right!!
