Great gun for paint ball
For the price , performance, for the expandability and for how this gun handles in paint ball you can't ask for more. I bought it as a beginning gun and it hasn't dissapointed in fact I'm upgrading a few things on it to make it a tad more competitive for other games and events. If your starting and don't want to spent too much then this is the way to go, if your intermediate and want an extra gun to have as a spare then I think you got a safe bet with this one. If your seasoned you probaly already have another one lying around from your beginning days. Overall this is a great piece whether your just starting or learning to get the hang of things if your more experienced you probaly have a more fancy one.

Worth it.
Easy to personalize with rails for sights, fore grips and lasers. You can also add on a stock; though that renders it hard to look down the sights when you have your mask on. I also bought a longer barrel as the 8" barrel sucks. But I love it and it looks cool.

Great Marker!
The Carver One is brilliant! Out of the box this thing is ridiculously accurate, and was able to puts rounds down range accurately at 100 yards. Not to mention this is one solid little marker! It doesn't feel so delicate like some woodsball markers like the Pro Carbine do.Can't wait to upgrade this already awesome gun!5 out of 5!

pretty good
the paint ball drops quickly, but alright. I Got it just to mess around so it works for that purpose.

excellent marker for the price
Unless you're buying used, its tough to find something decent around this price range. Worked great the first time I used it, and should last a while. Not compatible with tippmann 98 stocks though. However, if you want something inexpensive, go for this

Excellent Beginner's Marker
The Carver One sports a new look and feel compared to the other markers in the US Army line-up. The most noticeable difference of the Carver One is that the bottom built in foregrip does not have a picatinny rail stretching the entire length of the fore grip. This greatly adds to the players comfort when balancing the marker. Something that did not change with this marker was that Tippmann has stuck with their standard of making this marker a .68 caliber semi-automatic with the 98's proven high performance in-line bolt system. Also durability is guaranteed with their standard all aluminum die cast receiver, steel braid gas line, and matte black finish. My favorite feature as always is the included sling mounts located at the front and rear of the marker. Tippmann has priced this marker at a very affordable $99 dollars, making this a great entry level, backup or rental marker. The most importance feature is that this marker is very customizable and upgradable.Overall, this marker for me is comfortable to shoot out of the box. Since this marker is not sold with extra accessories or upgrades, the stock weight is not too heavy for a younger or beginner player. The performance of the marker out of the box is also impressive. With a few turns of the velocity screw, with the included Allen wrench, this marker was shooting at safe FPS of 280. The Carver One will use both CO2 and compressed air and will work with a remote line attached. This marker is a must buy for those looking to test the waters of paintball without having to dump a massive amount of money to purchase a complicated marker. Also this maker also will work well as a back up or rental and will accept a lot of the after market accessories used on other Tippmann markers.

US Army Tippmann Carver One (Tango ONE) Paintball Marker
The marker has solid construction, thick barrel, undergrip if you chose not to get a foregrip, which is a free mail in offer seen side mounted on my gun, also is a 20$ rebate from their website. I would get the 140$ model with e-grip because for just 40 more you are getting a 80$ aftermarket part. Frame will prevent use of a flatline barrel because in screws in deeper and there is no clearance, also threading is same as a tippman 98 incase you get a longer barrel for woodsball, if you choose not to go with a us army stock addon and go with a much cheaper tippmann universal stock the plug in back come off so you can take the two halves of gun apart an insert one, some people have a hard time fitting this and shave the stock a little i avoided having to do this and a loose stock but screwing to peices back together furthest screws first tightening them as much as possible without stripping till i worked my way back to stock, which gave me a tight solid fit with no modification. Loader fits in nice at neck, accuracy is very nice, straight lines. Sites are fixed, and picatinney rails allow for top site/scope/handle, side light/laser, and a forgrip/bipod. Grip feels nice. Assembly and disassembly was easy enough, careful with the spring pins and little plastic peice, videos avaible online for instruction. I am very happy with my purchase and owned people every round at my last out at speedball course with stock setup and a gravity loader.
