A little early to rate!
Not sure how/if it's working as I've only been using it 2 weeks. As a hot tea the taste is a bit strong however as iced tea it's good. I brew 2 tea bags in a cup of boiling water and when that is cooled I add ice and cold water. It lasts me half a day and is a substitute for my bottled water that I drink all day. I like the added flavor to the water. Blood pressure is good however I've been working on other techniques so not sure which is really helping.

Has all the right ingredients
Been drinking this tea for months to help lower blood pressure. The Hawthorne Berry & Hibiscus are must haves. Was happy to see this tea also has Cardamom along with 6 other beneficial herbs. Would encourage all who are thinking of using a tea to help lower blood pressure to read up on each herb listed to see what it can do for you. I will continue to use.

Great tea
The tea was delicious. I drinked a cup 8oz hot with 2 teaspoon of raw honey. I boiled a pot of approximately 10 bags and put in a gallon size pitcher that sits on the kitchen counter.

Good flavor
Love the taste of this herb combination. To soon to know in the blood pressure area, but I will definitely buying again

I love this tea! I add honey and it is great! Very relaxing and great aroma.

Bags are made of plastic
Minus two stars for the bags being made of plastic. Why on earth are these made of nylon when they could have been made out of paper? Even if it's "heat proof plastic" plastic is still plastic. I thought these tea bags where made of paper like most are.Gave a star for a nice balance of flavors. I can actually drink this tea without any sweeteners and adding my monk fruit powder just adds to it.Gave a star for two days worth of drink the tea and it actually makes me feel better. I don't know if it's wishful thinking but I think I do feel better. I have not tested my blood pressure yet. Will redo my review once I do that.Will not be buying again because I will not seep a plastic bag in hot boiling water and then drink it.
