Genuine Parts 84869190 Front Wheel Hub

My identical OEM hubs lasted 120K+ miles. I replaced them proactively after a buddy of mine had one with similar mileage separate with no warning while going down the highway. These are the highest grade hubs you can buy from GM (factory GM hologram and GM Genuine Parts on box, not a cheaper ACDelco aftermarket grade part). Everything fits perfectly and I expect to get another 120K miles out of these OEM replacements. I've learned from experience that wheel bearing hubs aren't the best place to try to save a few bucks on cheaper parts. If I were forced to consider an alternative brand, SKF and US made Timken are both what I consider to be of equal quality to these. In fact, Timken was GM's OEM bearing hub supplier for many years. Don't forget to properly torque the axle spline shaft nut upon installation; proper torque there is critical to bearing preload and long life. Mine called for 160 ft/lb.

So glad I found this Genuine GM part. Easy to install and made the process nice and fast.

OE GM product. I do wish it was packaged better from ACDelco. The part inside the box was just sitting on another piece of cardboard and wrapped. GM hologram on the box and was sealed. Don’t forget the bolts. You can get them separately.

These fit perfect!The front of my buddy's truck sounded like a cement mixer I replace both front hub bearing assemblies.I've used AC Delco many times in the past and have never had an issue with their products.Some of the cheaper auto parts on Amazon are problematic.

Install went very easy however after the wheel bearing was installed I was unable to thread on one lugnut because there was a flat spot on the threads. Tried to thread on the lugnut and the stud snapped. I can’t return item because it’s already installed so it looks like I have to take a stud off the old wheel bearing and install it on the new one.

Soo far so good im running this hub bearings for 2 year and stills strong and smooth.Heavy item poor packaging. comes on very fragile and tearing box and nothing else. Doesn't have any original packaging or documentation to avail this is original or new. I Don't know what is my warranty or any indication of this is not used and is new and authentic.

Not sure what they are selling but I really don't believe this to be GM Genuine , worst packaging I have ever seen and zero evidence of ANY GM packaging .

This fit my 2018 Silverado perfectly.And a bunch cheeper than the dealership.
