I've been trying for YEARS to find the best ice pack for ankle/foot/lower leg and I have found it. It stays cold for a long time. The size is perfect. It's the perfect shape because it's the shape of a leg and foot. The quality is amazing you can tighten and loosen the Velcro for your comfort which is nice and it stays in place. It really helps with the pain relief and taking the edge off the issues I have.

This ice wrap is perfect for icing my broken foot and sprained ankle. Not only is it easy to put on and fasten in place, but it covers all of the areas I need it to - inner ankle, outer ankle, sole of my foot and the side where my broken bone is located. The soft lining means that I don't need to mess with putting a cloth between me and the ice, which is also very convenient when getting around is difficult. I am a plus sized gal and was concerned that this would fit around my calf and size 9W foot, but it fits perfectly. It is also nice that you can get a pretty color because why not! I would highly recommend this product if you find yourself needing to ice your ankle or foot.

I love how soft and plush the inside is and they are very easy to put on. I don't have ankle pain but my feet are exausted after a full day walking on concrete floors. So I put them on with the 2 straps around my foot and the one strap around my ankle. Works like a charm. I do wished it stayed colder longer, but I know Dr's reccomend cold should be 10 to 15 mins on and off for 10. I only need to apply them once and my feet have never been happier. Thank you for a velvety soft relaxing 15 mins. That's about all the time I can spare to pamper me. Too many other things to get done.

This has been wonderful for recovering from foot surgery and love that it is fleece lined. Wish it would get a little colder. Also, the velcro is wearing out already! So the straps don't stay in place.

This ice pack is genius. I love how it can be used for people of all sizes and adjusts to fit the ankle. It freezes fast but offers the relief for a 20 minute on 20 minutes off cycle. Easy to put on and take off. Comes with a bag for easy storage and to keep the straps contained. Light weight but durable.

The media could not be loaded. No leakage, wraps around base of foot- top, bottom and sides and feels comfortably hugged and secure. Covers high and low of ankle and low calf. Velcro is strong and adjustable. Ice coldness lasting a good 17-20 minutes. Freezes back in freezer after about 1.5 hrs. I just ordered after a major and complicated ankle surgery on three separate breaks in ankle joint and this feels like heaven. Will definitely help with swelling and aching. Easy to fold and place back in freezer. It’s compact enough to take along while traveling! Great value for the money and it seems like it’s made to last! Bottom line is it’s so much easier to wrap around your tired feet, broken ankle or foot with three easy Velcro straps to get your comfort level perfect for you. Just wish I had ordered this prior to surgery but it’s here now as I’ve got months to go. Be well!

I purchased several of these for my swollen ankles. I put them in my freezer overnight realizing that they would have to be swopped-out frequently. My disappointment was that they only remained cold for about 45 minutes to an hour. Then I decided to try just using ice cubes in 2 ice bag and the ice cubes lasted longer. I think I probably wasted my money on this idea.

Very swollen foot, from trying to stop my vehicle in a bad accident. Before this boot, I couldn't get full coverage of my injuries with a leaking bag of ice cubes that I was trying to balance on my foot.It's better if you have someone to help put it on, but I can manage to put it on myself -- with some contortions.Well worth the cost -- even if it only lasts for this injury.

I purchased these after they were recommended in a FB group of people who’d had the same injury and surgery as me - ORIF for trimalleolar. They are just right although I do wear a thin sock underneath. The shock was a bit too much despite the lovely soft lining.

Very easy to put on. It works great, keeps cold for hours. I'm highly impressed and satisfied. 10/10. 1 month later update! Both foot ice parts have exploded under my weight, gewy liquid. Reached out to seller to no avail. No customer service!!!!! Awful!!!
