I bought this at it mentioned total is 240 capsules but received 2 packs 90 capsules so total 180 onlyI returned it & bought it again and the same thing happened

I used them twice. First time a few years ago I took them for 5 months- zero difference, then I took them again after pregnancy ( pharmacy recommended me) I finished 6 bottles. No difference at all. Expensive and useless.
