I have been drinking alkaline water for many years....I've had one other filter system before Hskyhan and this system by far ranks the best. It is very easy to prepare the filters and I love the date keeping feature on top of pitcher. (you never miss when it's time to replace the filters!)The best feature of all...is that it's the best tasting water ever! The media could not be loaded. If you’re like me and alkaline water helps with digestion, energy, save your money buying bottled and buy this jug and filters. The filters last a long while. The water tastes amazing. We purchased the jug and filters first. Then bought additional filters once we ran out. First purchase ran more than a year, we slacked on changing the filter and ordering new ones which just goes to show you quality of the filters. Amazing taste in water, pH level is perfect. I’m very self aware, exercise, yoga, running the whole 8 yards, so I always know when pH is good. This is the water jug and filters to order for every home!

Original 2 Filters I received with pitcher did their job. However, this 4 pack of replacement filters are not performing like they should. Only 15 days into the first filter, I had to remove filter on 2 separate occasions and shake it up a bit and then replace it back into the pitcher because the water was NOT draining through the filter at all! So WTH???Update! My bad. Did not rinse enough and shake up some. These filters are doing what they are designed to do and the water is incredible!!

These filters continue to work very well for the filtration of my drinking water!
