Reminded me of Where the Wild Things Are. The monsters are told that bubbles are dangerous and the believe the bubble "expert". He's written a book about the dangers of bubbles after all...

Hilarious! Great pictures and fun text. The monsters are afraid of bubbles and cower in fear until the author and reader talk them into popping them. My 6 year old loves it and makes me read it again and again. His teacher loved it, too. Not too much text per page, either, so it's not too much of a strain to read aloud.

We love this book - it’s just the right amount of silly. It’s one my husband and I don’t mind reading over and over with the kids - and the illustrations are great too. My son named his favorite big stuffed dinosaur Wumpus :)
