Great system for saving water and reducing over strong water pressure in the shower.The included adapter is totally brilliant as it allows you to easily screw everything together with no gaps at all. Looks far cleaner and more professional than just inserting a restrictor into the hose itself and so having a ‘thread showing gap’ as I’ve put up with before using restrictors alone.Great range of restrictors. Easy to instal - just check the diagram in the advert to ensure that you install it the right way round.Very pleased indeed.

I can hear everyone howling that it is so simple that it doesn’t need instructions; however, you’ve got to know where to put the flow restrictor. If you put it on the shower head then the hose becomes pressurised (which it is not designed for) and the water pressure works to force the restrictor into the head. That has been my experience anyway. Put the restrictor before the pipe and you won’t have that problem.

Effective and efficient flow rate limiter for showers, the addition of the adaptor ring means it is easy to fit and doesn't damage the limit or when you inevitably have to replace the hose.Don't overtighten as the sealing ring will obstruct the limiter.

In a house of 5 with the situation as it is with rising bills, I thought I would try this cheap fix for a family that doesn't like to compromise. No instructions, but after fiddling around and working out which way you put the reducer in, it works!The water flow is greatly reduced without too much reduction in spray force. No one noticed I put it on, haha. Looking at my meter I can see it almost halving our water usage on shower days. Absolutely recommended!

Good quality handy bit of kit fitted to our fixed head shower only criticism is the lack of instructions but as long as you fit the restrictor the right way round in the centre under the filter and refer to the amazon photos for the flo rates it's all good

Does what it says in the description and has reduced the flow on our Aqualisa shower. Can now have a decent length shower rather than racing to finish before the tank emptied!But even as a regular DIY-er I'd have been grateful for at least a few words for instructions. Pretty obvious where the restriction goes but took a couple of goes before I got the rubber washer in the right place.
