Product description CURCUMIN+ – a natural active ingredient combined with modern research Curcumin is a secondary plant metabolite of the turmeric spice and is known for its positive properties. However, the potential of regular curcumin products is considerably limited by an inherently very low bioavailability. Since under normal circumstances only a very small fraction of the curcumin molecules can be absorbed by the body, many conventional powder preparations are almost completely ineffective. CURCUMIN+ solves this problem by using a liquid curcumin formula that enables the formation of small fat droplets that contain the curcumin. These so-called (curcumin) micelles can then be easily absorbed by the human digestive tract. The bioavailability of curcumin in micellar form is up to 185x higher than that of a conventional administration in powder form. No use of artificial polysorbate, but formula with exclusively natural carriers from sunflowers and MCT oil. Polysorbates are food additives (also known as E-numbers) and are used as a carrier substance in a large number of available micelle products. They are only approved for a small group of foods and are associated with significant health risks such as challenged gut flora and intestinal inflammation. CURCUMIN+ therefore completely dispenses with polysorbates and other additives and relies on a mix of natural sunflower lecithin and natural MCT oil as a carrier for the micelle mixture. As a result, the most agreeable digestibility is achieved and undesirable risks that can arise from long-term use of polysorbate products are avoided.
