the motor burned out 3 times and I wasn't doing anything crazy with it, if you buy this expect to buy replacement parts. And expect to work on it but besides that it's an awesome little truck

Purchased for my son for his 11th birthday. It was a lot of fun for the first month but then the rear axle bent and he could no longer use it after using it almost everyday. Contact was made with the seller and they have a good after sale guarantee. Overall happy with the product.

We had some issues with the car but they mostly seem to be with our grandson not using it correctly. It climbs well and is fast. You have to let it cool down between battery changes. If you hang it up on a rock and try too long to wiggle it off and run the motor back and forth, the servo and the motor will burn out. It is not waterproof so running it through puddles is not a good idea either. It does handle dirt but mud may give you problems. It is pretty durable otherwise as he has flipped it many times and he likes to jump the bumps and get air. He does donuts and 180s and some drifting. There is no direct phone to handle issues with. You have to contact the seller via feedback but they are responsive. I got a call from China! Both Zerospace and Keliwow have responded to me. I would consider this an entry level into more serious RC modelling.
