I decided to try these after struggling to lose those last stubborn pounds. I've been exercising regularly and eating a balanced diet, but I needed a little extra push. I was initially skeptical, but I'm pleasantly surprised by the results.I've been taking the pills for about a month now, and I've noticed a significant decrease in my appetite. Great product, easy to swallow, no adverse flavour and a snap at less than £1 per day.I have not felt hungry at all and I’ve had loads of energy! I have MS and for me to not need a sleep during the day is unheard of, but I’ve just not felt like I needed it. The pics were taken over a two week period and I simply can’t believe I’ve lost just over 8lb.The product does say that it must be taken alongside a healthy diet and a regular exercise regime, well I did follow a healthy diet, and willpower is required but not feeling hungry at all made it so easy. However, I didn’t exercise.... which makes my weight loss even more astounding in my opinion, imagine what I could have lost if I could regularly fit in something simple as walking! Definitely going to try the shakes next 5*****

I am on the first bottle of Fire bullets, I do like the energy the give to me. It is a bit to early to say about the weight loss, but I am hoping if I will keep using the Fire bullets and keep exercising I will get the results. They are easy to swallow, good value for money and there is not any bad taste.Do not forget to take plenty of fluids, when you are taking the Fire bullets.

I wish I never paid the money I did for these terrible pills , the first few days swallowed no problem by day four I was in so much pain from my throat down to my insides all i could feel was burning , I drank sips of milk hoping to ease the burning I felt , it made no difference.That afternoon I was poorly, vomiting.... pure bile, white foam which then turned to pure stomach acid coming up .After collapsing & feeling like my throat & insides was closing up my husband took me to hospital.After numerouse blood tests , tummy scans that showed nothing I was sedated & had a endoscopy which showed .... oesophagus damage , traces of blood , soars down my oesophagus caused by stomach acid being bought up .I've been told I've got oesophagus damage which has been traced back to these horrendous pills .After 3 days on a drip of meds to reduce the swelling of my oesophagus I'm finally home with my husband & 5 children who were as scared as me.I've got to return to endoscopy in 6wks for another internal to see if the swelling of my oesophagus has reduced for deeper views to see if there is any other damage been caused by these horrific pillsI even applied for the free bottle the second day of taking these ,they give you a free bottle for buying these over priced health damaging pills .The worst thing I've ever spent money on .THESE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM SELL IMMEDIATELY.Hospital notes to prove my issues were caused by these , a sample of these pills have been taken by the hospital to be sent off for further testing .

I bought the vanilla protein shake as well. Taste great with unsweetened almond milk.No going on the scale just yet but measuring to see inches go!UPDATE: been taking the tablets for a bit more than a month now and the difference is very obvious. The scale shows a loss of nearly 9lb but it is more visible than that. If you exercise as well (even slightly) you will build muscles up which explains why the scale doesn’t show all the loss. It does give energy as well and that gives me more motivation to move around. Only problem I have is that it gives me headaches and nausea but not to the point of having to stop them. I take the shakes as well in the morning and afternoon if I feel hungry and it really helps. My 800 calories are also feeling enough in the evening because it’s a lot of veggies to eat!I must admit I have a few naughty breaks but it does not really affect my weight loss. Although I’m sure I would have lost a stone by now but slow weight loss is much better for health and body in the long run.Hope that helps

Update: I still believe that they are effective for bloating but useless for weight loss itself. The company politely asked me to write the original review when I ordered the second free product from them. Note, the second bottle has never arrived :)I’ve received my pills a few days ago, I cannot say yet if they are effective for weight loss but overall I think that they are already helping me feeling less bloated in general (even when I overeat).So far I recommend them 100%
