Good ADV boots. Fit well, comfortable, warm and easy to put on and take off.This boot has a sewn sole rather than a glued sole like most other boots. The sewn sole is thin and the toe box isn't huge like some other ADV and MX boots so there is no problem operating the shift lever.The is sole is stiff enough to be comfortable standing on the pegs and is nicely lugged for traction on the ground. Also the arch portion of the sole is not lugged which makes it easier to slide your foot forward and back to operate the shifter. Some other off road boots are heavily lugged over the whole lenght of the boot kinda locking your foot in place.This is an ADV boot however so there is more flexibility in the foot area of the boot. The upper or vamp of the foot area is not solid like in an MX boot or some other ADV boots so I wouldn't want to drop a whole 1250GS right on them but they seem to be stiff enough to take a whack from a branch. The rest of the upper, from the ankle up is stiff and seems well protected.These boot are easy to walk in, not as good as hikers of course but I did mow the lawn in them to help break them in and my feet felt fine after.Yes these are expensive but so far I thnk they will be worth it iver the long run.

Had time to break these in. Excellent riding boots. The price is a bit high. I ware a size 10.5, soI bought size 11 to allow for heavier socks on cold days. That was the right decision. Buy a half size up from your normal shoe. Also not too tight on my calf muscle. Real stiff for shifting in the beginning. Solid quality construction. While I have no intention of spilling, I am sure these boots will keep my angles and feet well protected.

My first boots! It’s incredibly comfortable. The toe of the boots are quite stiff but manageable. You forget the feeling of stiffness ones your ride. The only downsize is the price is too pricey. July/2022its have been a year past. update# July/2023it does work very well and protect your feet.by far worth it. too pricey still but worth investment.

Am happy with these. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Well constructed and great protection. I put my foot down in a foot of water and came out dry. These are legit.

These take some time to break-in. But once they do, you'll love them. Plenty of protection, while being comfortable enough for short hikes. Excellent boots!

Great quality and fit

I got these for$350 on warehouse deal, they came with a busted strap, but was able to get a replacement pretty fast from Amazon.
