I love red beans and rice and will only use Blue Runner. The only downside is it’s pretty bland - be prepared to add your own seasoning (I add oregano before cooking and life is good)

Having grown up in the South, I miss my red beans and rice. These are great!! Just add your favorite meat and a little Tabasco and pour over rice. Super easy and wonderful flavor. Plan to stock up.

They are better than any refried beans I have tried

I cannot say enough about these red beans, of course I make rice and serve them over the top of it but these red beans are phenomenal. You might think they’re a little expensive but they are worth every dang dime if I weren’t moving in a month, I would order more right now, I just don’t want to load them up, but rest assured I will have them delivered to my new home. They are delicious.

Love these beans. They do have the same flavor as when I cook my own beans. They are good for quick and easy red beans and rice and a little smoked sausage.
