Works great with solar panel
The media could not be loaded. If you're reading my review, you probably have had to deal you have probably had to deal with power outages or you like to have a lot of power for camping or family outings. That's exactly why I bought this power bank. This one didn't have any reviews on it when I took a chance on it but it is exceeded my expectations. One of my main requirements was that it could be charged with the solar panel. That's especially important for me for family outings where I am using the power bank to power a speaker for music for hours and have all the kids powering up their laptops and cell phones. The the chafon solar panel I bought works seamlessly with this power bank. The solar panel came with multiple adapters but the main cord that it came with plugged right into this power bank like it was meant for it. It immediately started charging it at 13 Watts and kept it topped off even when being used last weekend. I just had to move the solar panel to east to south facing during the day and then to west facing in the late afternoonn. Having the ability having the ability to charge the power bank from solar panel was my main requirement. My second requirement was 500 watts or more. This power bank delivers plenty of power get us through the day. A power bank is very heavy for its size. It has every connection you need including power outlets and USB c to operate or charge multiple devices at once. This power bank feels very rugged and well put together. I live in California and we've already experienced several power outages from rolling blackouts to power loss from inclement weather. Since PG&e was sued for the fires that their equipment caused which resulted in thousands of lost homes they are constantly doing rolling blackouts to prevent any fires. Which means hours of no power at a time if you live in an area we're there are tornadoes then you know but this feels like. It just really sucks not having any power. Having such a big power Bank means that I can keep my laptop and cell phones charged up during the outage so I can stay in touch with the news. I would consider this power bank like an insurance policy which comes in really handy when you need it and where you wish you had it when you need it. Is power bank checked off all the boxes for me and has exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a good power bank, I highly recommend this one as it has more than ample power to get you through a day and can take continuous recharging from a solar panel. I also highly recommend the chafon solar panel that I paired with this.

great customer service!!
Bought to use with my CPAP, when camping. Used for about a week, charged up and set aside until needed again. Next camping trip, months later, checked and recharged. Unit would not power any load. Repeated test several times. Tried plugging in load immediately after charging, but it would provide power only for a briefly (5 seconds to 10 minutes) before dying. Return window with Amazon had closed, BUT, Puleida's warranty is 24 months. Contacted customer service and received a new unit within days!! Bravo!! Kudos!! Thank you Puleida for backing up your product!! Highly recommend!

Superior build quality. The capacity holds up after a few months of extensive use.
Due to summer storms and power outages, I was looking for a power station to run my router, computer and printer so that I could continue to work from home. There were more recognizable brands like Ankey, so I was actually skeptical about Pudei. However, my friend has had good experiences with it, so I decided to purchase one for myself as well. After using the battery for over 20 cycles for over a few months, I am sharing my opinions here. Spoiler’s alert - It is a solid product.Pros:Quality materials are used in its construction. The whole thing feels sturdy and solid. I was concerned about off gassing from cheap plastic, but this model does not emit any unpleasant odors straight from the box. In addition to the handle, the casing is built like a tank. The battery station has an easily readable, accurate and detailed power statistics panel. It informed me of the current power draw, remaining hours based on the current output, and remaining capacity without me having to open the manual. It's also pretty accurate in the sense that it doesn't suddenly drop from 10% to 0%.Great value! This may be a silly calculation, but I typically calculate the price per watt hour when purchasing power banks. For example, I bought the unit for $400 and it has a rated capacity of 518Wh, so I get $0.77/Wh. Other brands are well over $1/Wh. It is the best value for the buck, based on my overly simple assumptions. The power delivery port is great for MacBook Pros owners! With the power delivery line, I am able to charge my MacBook Pro at 60W directly via my USB Type-C cable. I love it to bits. I would take the power bank and my laptop with me when I wanted to work outside and there will be no more battery anxiety.Cons:My model does not support appliances that draw more than 600 watts. When I did a stress test on a small rice cooker rated at 450W, there was no problem. In any case, I wouldn't run anything over 600 watts for an extended period of time. The brand deserves more marketing. If my friend hadn't brought it to my attention, I wouldn't have tried.I may follow up if any issue comes up in the future but so far so good!

Power station stopped working and overheated
Power station was purchased back in June, 2021 and seemed to be working fine. Charged the unit and then connected a phone to test it could charge it as well as connected a fan to test it worked. This was for a couple of minutes. Stored the station as per the instructions. Yesterday, got the station to check if it was still charged and connected a small fan (the one shown in the picture). Initially station showed 99% charge and then went down to 65% when started the fan. Left it running for about 30 minutes. When came back, the fan was off and station was off. When tried to turn on the station, the button, and basically the front side of the station was extremely hot. Thought that it had turned off due to the overheating (which is unexplainable). Left the station off and disconnected to wait for it to cool off but after 3 hours it was still hot and inoperable. Left it overnight cooling off and in the morning was cooler (still hot) but dead. Can this item be returned, replaced or repaired?
