Good
This is the best flour for macaroons. I have tried a lot of them but this one is fine and not too oily, perfect for macaroons and any other desserts.

The finest good value flour
I follow a keto / low carb way of living and have been through my fair share of almond flours. I'm not a professional chef and will not pay for the expensive very very fine flour you get to make macrons with. However, this makes excellent bread, cakes and pancakes without the weird grittiness some others give. Have been using a long time now and will continue.

Not Flour
This is not flour but it is extra ground so it is finer than the standard ground almonds. I have used it and what I really like about this is that it does not over power everything you make with almond flavour like the normal ground almonds does. It is easy to work with and yes it is expensive but it is worth it not to have all my savoury food taste like almonds.

Only about half usable
I've bought this product a few times. I continue to buy because I can't find almond flour at my local shops. Issue is, it's advertised as for macarons, but through the sifting process you're not just losing a few tablespoons...you're losing about half of the product. Literally I will have a bowl of nicely sifted almond flour, and an equally full (if not more full) bowl of ground almond chunks that are unusable. I have a hard time finding anything to do with this ground almond discard, so it feels like such a waste. Wish they would just put a little more diligence into their product if they're going to advertise it as 'fine ground for macarons'.
