something that works should be given 5 stars. I am an incontinent female. Having to get up at night to pee is hard on my sleep, as it takes too long to get back to sleep. I started taking this and within about 2-3 weeks, I found myself sleeping all night without waking up to pee. I have to admit that I combine this with pumpkin seed oil and vitamin B1. However, when I inadvertently ran out of swedish flower pollen, I was lazy about replacing it, and within about a week or so, my bathroom trips in the middle of the night returned! When I finally got my bottle, I had to initially take two every night, for about a couple of weeks, and I am just now experimenting with going back to just one, since I am now going thru the whole night being only awakened by back pain. It's amazing to me that this one supplement makes such a difference, but I'm sure it's good for other things in the body, so I keep it well-stocked.

This is my second bottle and it works better than other products I have used. I can stay in bed for six hours or more, without getting up and going to the bathroom. Of all the different products I have used this is the best one so far.

Good supplement

I've tried almost all prostate supplements and nothing works. i am allergic to Tamsulosin. But when i started taking this supplement, less visit to the restroom at night and no more flow problems. Like i never had prostate problems before. I take it with beta sitosterol and pygeum. I think this is a very good combination.

...I object to a large bottle with 25% of contents in the bottom.

I have tried all of these supplements . Most of them are useless and a waste of money . This product actually works . After 2 or 3 weeks of use I went from 4 nightly trips to the bathroom to only one . Doesn't seem miraculous maybe but it feels like a real difference . Reasonably priced.

I've been taking this for over a year now. I strongly feel this one is very effective. I have tried other brands in the past that I really didn't feel a difference. The capsule form just seems to work very well verses the competition tablet form. The price is slightly more for this product but believe me it's worth it.
