I think this supplement is great for children, teens and adults. Basically, anybody who doesn't like swallowing capsules or tablets. The nutrition is great and it not only has vitamins and minerals but also prebiotics and probiotics, as well as a variety of fruit powders. The taste is okay. It isn't bad but you can definitely taste the mineral flavor which my kids were able to point out. Still, it didn't prevent them from taking it. It was just noticeable. Also, it is gentle on the stomach and doesn't cause any pain or nausea.Overall, this is a good vitamin supplement and it's nice to have an option that is easy to take for those who have difficulty swallowing pills

Hard to find a good multivitamin that is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the USA. But this “Mountain Meadow Herbs Children's Vita-Multi: Blended Vitamin & Mineral Supplement - Fast Absorbing Liquid Kids Vitamins with Fruits, Greens, and Eye-Protecting Lutein (16 oz.)” is one of those good vitamins still made in the USA and under FDA watch.This particular brand is in liquid form and being marketed for children. With its easy-to-administer and good-tasting flavor - this is a winner not just for kids but also for adults like us. The formulation is ideal for children that are still growing up and consuming a lot of nutrients. For adults, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamin K, and Vitamin D need to be added since the formulation has a small amount to almost nothing of those much-needed nutrients for an adult.It is pricey but as long as it is made in the USA from GMP certified facility and being monitored by FDA - I am willing to pay for it. Good stuff!

My very, very picky daughter is not only picky about food. But also vitamins. She won’t take pills, she is picky about the gummy versions, but for some reason she will take this liquid! She likes it! So thank goodness for that! It’s stressful trying to make sure that she gets the right amount of nutrition; she is only 8 and growing so fast! We usually spend a lot of time arguing over what she needs to eat to stay healthy, and I have to pester her to take her vitamins. But now, she takes them willingly every day! So that makes it worth it. That being said, these are very expensive, and it’s hard to justify the price. But, you can’t put a price on health; I only wish they would lower the cost a bit!

Initially, I had a couple questions about this multi. One was do the non organic ingredients contain pesticides? The other was does it contain caffeine because of the green coffee extract and green tea extract? I reached out to the company and very quickly got a response. The short answer is there is no pesticides, molds, bacteria, toxins or heavy metals confirmed by testing. Also, there is caffeine in both green coffee extract and green tea extract but only in very minimal amounts per serving. I am happy with the answers as well as the customer service that this product is backed by. The taste is pleasant as well. I have to say that I’m pretty impressed so far.

My kid does not like the taste, which is tough because this is a good vitamin blend. Other than little hiccup, this does as advertised.

I love liquid vitamins since they are more bio-available. This mango flavoring was good. It is dark colored. Definitely a liquid, ot thick or syrup like. Not chalky, not bitter, no bad after taste. No weird grit or floating particles. Made in USA in GMP facility. So important in my book. Sugar free, even has 1 gram of fiber! 60 trace minerals in here! Wow. A high quality vitamin. (Just wish it weren't as spendy)i Ages 1- 3 take half tablespoon. Kids 4+ take full tablespoon. 32 servings based on full tablespoon. Refrigerate after opening. Very high quality vitamin.

I'm pleased with this product but it is expensive. My son enjoys the taste, and he is hard to please on liquid vitamins. These seem like very good quality vitamins that include many vitamins, minerals, and greens. The liquid should absorb into the body much better than vitamins in pill form. This is a large bottle but a dose is 1 tablespoon. There are 32 doses in the bottle so for the present price it comes in at about $1.40 per dose which is somewhat expensive. We will probably alternate these vitamins off and on with regular gummy vitamins to save money.
