They work!
These bulbs actually fit my solar light stand! It's been impossible to find replacement bulbs to fit. The only complaint is the color isn't a perfect match. But I'm excited to have no burned-out, broken bulbs.

Wrong Installation Manual Claimed 120V when really 3V
Strangely, this box of bulbs came with a piece of paper titled "Installation Manual" that states clearly as item number "1" the following: "Warm Tips: This light bulbs is 120Volt, It can't be used for Solar String Lights". Apparently, this is despite the title of the listing "VISTERLITE LED S14 Low Voltage (DC 3V) Replacement Bulbs with E26 Base for Outdoor Solar String Lights, 15 Pack, Clear" I tried one of the bulbs in my solar lights string (rated at 3V), and IT WORKED! So, somebody put the wrong "Installation Manual" in the box! Quality Control? Not so much, huh?
