LIKE EASY TO USE

I’ve been using elf cream liner for a while, but this was my first time purchasing online. I don’t know if I got an old product or what, but this liner I received does not spread like a new one should. It’s dry and thick, rather than creamy and easily spreadable. Either they changed the product or it’s old :(.

Have lost the ability to apply liquid liner with any precision and this works great for tight lining.
