Switched my dual monitor setup at home from HDMI to DisplayPort to get away from window position management issues. Didn't have enough DisplayPort cables laying around so I picked up two of these to finish the install. Both cables are running from a computer to a KVM and supporting 4K & 60Hz with no issues. These cables do not have locking pins, but the connection is tight enough that you won't miss them.

Excellent value. Enables more options (colour management and refresh rate) when used with a compatible monitor than HDMI does. Makes movies and games really pop

THICK WIRE. The problem is my monitor dp is at the bottom so it is very hard to connect the cable because it is so thick but it works as intended and is a good price.

Works as advertised. Needed this cable to complete my desk setup. It fit in perfectly, was able to wire it pretty easily. The cable was a little thicker than I expected, but that didn't hinder wire management to much. Since it is thicker, it is a little tougher to maneuver around; real stiff at first. Once it was routed and plugged in, the picture quality met my needs. I was able to utilize my monitor's highest display setting with no noticeable drawbacks. Speeds were what I wanted. I don't have a monitor that supports sound functionality, so I was unable to test out the sound quality of this cable. Overall, I would recommend buying this. It has a very nice quality build to it.

The DP port worked great to connect my new monitor with my older laptop. My computer did not have a HD or a USB type C port, so I ordered this cable, and it arrived with my new monitor. it was a good length and value. The ends are stiff but works fine.
