Depilatory Roll On Wax Heater Roller Waxing Hot Cartridge Hair Removal Warmer (Wax Cartridge Excluded)

My experience with the machine has not been so good. Believing that the machine would automatically shut off as stated . I continued to use it as normal after I took a very short break to wash my hands . I got a burn on my arm when applying the wax( picture attached). It seems it didn't shut off automatically .I have been a roll on wax user all my life and used different products and devices this is the first time I have suffered a burn. I like to return the product but don't know how.Thank you,image1.jpeg

Takes forever to heat up and doesn't seem to keep the product heated for very long once you start to use it. I've already thrown mine away, such a waste of money.

1 is minimum so cant give less than that. Its pathetic. Just doesn’t heat even if its kept for more than an hour.

It works nice. It takes 30 min to heat up.
