I thought it would be flimsy and crap, especially since it screws together, but no....its just fine. Sits in strong wind, little top flipper is angled nicely. I would recommend it, if you're worried about it looking cheap, it really doesn't. Its just not super-fancy. Normal. Satisfactory for price.

Good height Wind resistance

This is what happens when non-smokers build an ashtray. The bottom is solid and heavy enough and it's the right height even if it is a little wobbly once you put it together. But the top that they put on it, poorly engineered. It said it's a cigarette holder but it's not a cigarette holder it's more like a cigarette slide. And if you happen to reach for your cigarette and accidentally tip the edge your cigarette is gone down the hole. Whoever designed it doesn't smoke. Luckily I had another ashtray that happened to fit in the top so I can get rid of the top that was included. Now mine looks like this.
