This little light dome is AMAZING. This is my 2nd time using it with my baby Venus Flytraps. I put a weak store bought flytrap in the dome and it grew so big that I had to put it in a pot and move it outside within two weeks. Pictured is my 2nd flytrap that broke off of it’s main plant while unboxing (literally had no hope for it) and it is THRIVING! The color is stunning and it’s growing rapidly, much quicker than the main plant outdoors! I don’t use the timer feature I just turn it on in the morning then turn it off before bed. My only complaint would be the size, I wish it was bigger! Overall it’s amazing and I am going to purchase a 2nd one soon. I can’t wait to use this to propagate leaf pullings from my pings and to grow moss!

Easily one of the best investments I’ve ever purchased for my serracenia purpurea. I have never seen a plant grow new pitchers as quick as this one did in this mini terrarium.The size of the terrarium is kinda smaller than I anticipated, however, still functional and big enough for smaller potted plants. Despite how small the system is, it’s actually got a pretty bright light with two settings. I suppose one is meant for plants that require less shade. I have been using the low light setting to do an Endless Summer light session so that the plants quickly grow super big.The fan does a great job of ventilation, as well as cooling down the terrarium because of the light. It’s sounds almost completely silent, but is strong enough to circulate air and move really light particles around.I believe I’m going to purchase another soon, I just wish they had a slightly bigger version. I bought this for my bro in-law. Definitely recommend this as the perfect gift for someone with a green / not so green thumb lol. Either way, the plants will thrive in their new terrarium home. I hope this brief review was helpful. Attached are daily pictures of my Serracenia Purpurea over a span of 7 days. It took about a month to finally start showing any changes, but from my impression this last week, I would say the plant really loves it in there.

I absolutely loved this light. It really helped keep my plant alive and grow but it just stopped working. Later about a year i believe. Very unfortunate and disappointing.Update 7/24/23: seller reached out and was very friendly and attentive. They refunded me the price I originally paid and suggested I try to purchase item again. I will do so, and can't wait to give this little light a second go. It's really a great size, attractive, and kept my plant alive and change colors (succulent).Update: ordered second try and received it 1/2/24. Now, this second one produces a high pitched noise. I can hear the humm from the fan and that's ok but the high pitched noise is bothersome. Disappointed since can't use it in communal office due to possible complaints.

I have had this for about 2 months now… I use it in my bathroom that has no windows… it has worked great until just in the last week or so the fan has quit working!! Which is very much needed to keep the humidity down! And also- it says the brightest level is good for succulents, and it’s fine but it’s not strong enough to keep it from stretching (cause is lack of bright enough light) and it doesn’t give it the beautiful coloring proper lighting does… works well otherwise, just the much needed fan has now gone caput!!!UPDATE: the company reached out to me about the fan having quit working and are being very accommodating and are sending me a new one to replace my faulty one!!! Their messages have been very nice and I will order again once I have a bit more money!! I appreciate a company who is willing to replace bad products!!!!!!!! (Unlike some I’ve dealt with who would never admit to it having a problem)… I had only given them three stars but I will now give them five because I appreciate their helpfulness!!

I originally purchased this at the start of September and waited a few months to give it a fair review. After all that time, this planter has been a fantastic addition to my life. It's reliable: I haven't had any issue with the light or fan and my bear paw succulent has been thriving. It's the talk of my office - everybody who passes by gets excited when it lights up and seeing the plant bud in new leaves. This is emphasized by the fact that my office doesn't have windows/direct sunlight. It's also small enough that it doesn't take up too much space on my desk.The only thing I think can be done differently isn't regarding the pot itself, but to have different sizes. I would love to have another pot that can fit a 4" or 6" planter.I also hope new models get released - maybe the color, height, base or shape can vary.Overall: 10/10, have bought again.
